Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

After understanding your options, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if you submit your request within the allowed time period, starting from the day you receive the order. RMA requests can be submitted by contacting our Customer Service Department.

Product name and, if available, size, color, or any other variation of the item you wish to return

Terms & Conditions

All returns must be sent to our Vietnam warehouse address with prior authorization using a postal service that provides a tracking number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

Chérie Co Gift will usually reship replacement or repaired items via Standard Shipping. Chérie Co Gift reserves the right to determine the reshipping method, regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.

Items marked as “Final Clearance” are not eligible for Size Exchange, and Unwanted or Unopened Item Return.

We do not offer refunds or returns in cases of allergic reactions or adverse skin conditions due to products sold.

All refunds will be issued to the originally used payment method. In some cases, if the customer agrees, a coupon code may be issued.

Defective Item Exchange

Chérie Co Gift will cover the return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail.

In the case of defective returns, Chérie Co Gift will provide a replacement item instead of a refund.

Size Exchange

Items returned for size exchange must be in mint, unused condition. Chérie Co Gift reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests if the returned items are in unacceptable condition.

Customers are required to bear return shipping fees for size exchanges. Chérie Co Gift will be responsible for the shipping fee of the replacement item. Chérie Co Gift will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

Unwanted or Unopened Item Return

Unwanted or unopened items returned to Chérie Co Gift must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

Customers are required to bear return shipping fees for unwanted or unopened returns. Chérie Co Gift will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be issued to the originally used payment method. Refunds will be processed when the returned products are received and confirmed to be in acceptable condition by Chérie Co Gift.
